Hello! I’m Yulia Kosarenko, the owner and principal of Why Change Consulting Inc. Before I tell you more about myself, let me explain where the name “Why Change” comes from.
An effective change starts with knowing WHY - your strategy and business objectives. This strategy then needs to be shaped into views that can be communicated to your employees - your target business capabilities and operating model. That, in turn, will drive the changes that you choose to implement to achieve your objectives. Without clear communication of the strategy, how can business requirements accurately reflect your desired target state?
With 25 years of professional experience and my first book published, I am ready to share my expertise in planning and executing effective changes with organizations. My objective is to help my clients create clear views of their strategy, and engage their teams in implementing the strategy via effective changes.

Great video - can you please also make a video for Senior BA to Business Architect Roadmap? Also whats the different between enterprise architect vs business architect ?
I prefer when companies don't have templates. Then I can choose the best fitting document for the project at hand, as every project is different.
This strategy can work if you already have a lot of experience with different techniques. Do you find that it takes time for your stakeholders to get used to the new templates? This is part of the challenge and where familiar templates can help with stakeholder engagement.
@@WhyChangeOK, fair point. I had a stakeholder more willing to sign a BRD that matched prior projects.
