it's so much better now regarding the abandoned buildings . 20 years ago you could buy full blocks of apartments if you had a lil bit of money. basically nobody wanted to live downtown, bit dangerous , loads of heavy drugs (80s/90s) . then Tourism came and the old nice buildings are downtown so people with money starting fixing up the old stuff more and more . that's were Lisbon is now. eventually the center of the town will only have recovered buildings and of course expensive buildings and apartments. much better looking now much more expensive now.

Sooo I'm not from here but my 2nd season in Portugal. I learned during the recession a lot of people left the country/ cities. Currently, the gov't has rly been marketing it especially the islands to encourage foreigners to get visas etc. Sadly though that means companies have moved in cheap esp in Lisbon and driven up costs for locals

There is a study that mentions that you shouldn't take creatine and coffe together as the latter can cancel some of the effects of creatine (just wanted to let you know since you are a pro athelete and at that level small things matter. Anyway since I live in Portugal and support Benfica some special love from Leiria. Keep up the grind
