      Bloodflow to the affected area is always good, and low impact exercise is good. Anyways search for kneesovertoesguy on yt, he can recover knees.

      One leg dumbbell squat, with the other leg on a bench. But you only bend the knee like 20-25 degrees, small movements. Or just bodyweight squats with the same small movement.

    How I Became an Overseas Pro Basketball Player? Thats is a loaded question and very misleading for 98% of people that think that they can make it playing overseas. As a 11 yr vet and retired now I have been around the world and seen it all Saw one of Trey video's and watched it as I played for Benfica my 2nd year out...Let me start by saying this and its the bottom line.....is that if agents are not seeking you out your by JR year then your chances just got 98% tougher getting to a good country in Europe that pays very well or even betting to Europe/Asia etc.... There are a lot of sharks in the water that should not even have a chip in the game trying to sell you on over seas camps and want to charge you to play in them....if that be the case hang it up they are just looking to make money and send you to some shithole league. I was fortunate enough being 6'10" and able to play 3 positions that jobs were not hard to get coming out of college and also allowed me to play in the better leagues. Best to always get on teams that are in the top 3 in their countries leagues and play in CUP games also so you can expose yourself to other countries and teams. Its really mercenary work...Not very common to go back to the same team for more then 2 yrs. One of the biggest problems is if you do get a chance and get to say Finland, Mexico England, Japan...good luck climbing the ladder and making 6 figures in Europe.

    a chest heigh pool or even lower is perfect for hoopers to restore full range of motion knee flexion. Juicing up them kness by jumping in a deep squat, even givng the body some shoc resitance in these deep positions. super healthy for hoopers as we usally cnt even easily get down there and train in these positions without assistance. the banged up knees get better and the knees can heal after sessions like this. do jumps in deepsquat, laterally, bakcwards, corssing legs over turnig etc. this will not only restore your knees and juice them upo but also allow for smooth multdiectional movemnet in deeper positions. Also make sure to turn your pelvis up and eve try pisto squat jumps and any other crazy contortions and deep positons as the water will protect you from injury completely, this way you can learn all the movemnts that would injure you outside the wter. With time these positions will become more natural even outside of the water.

    are there any changes for the workouts that you would suggest for someone that loves playing basketball but also hasn't really worked out in turns of ramping up and not dying cause I have no idea what I'm doing workout wise lol

      You can cut sets to the workouts and start really light in the weightroom.. everything is adjustable in terms of volume, try to scale it to where you are at right now

    My best Benfica memory is when I was 15y old and won a football National Championship as an academy player for Benfica. It was trully an amazing moment!! I no longer play football since I tore my ACL and meniscus last year and decided to quit football. Also basketball has always been a sport that I really like and it’s what I’ve been playing nowadays to regain trust in my knee. Hope you bring us another championship, congrats and Viva o Benfica🔴⚪️

    My favourite moment with Benfica was when i went to see a soccer game with my girlfriend, altought i dont watch soccer a lot, it was a stunnig experience, over 60k people on the stadium and none of them were silent. And o never saw a benfica bball game, only watched the national team, but I look foward to see you gaping Miguel Maria again next year, thank for staying with Benfica and good to luck to your season.

    I'm not at your level, but I still argue that weight training can mess with your shot. When I was training for hypertrophy and trying to gain weight, I trained to failure a lot and often didn't stretch at all. Tight and tirwd arms and back will definitely affect it. Especially after stretching shooting feels so much more natural and fluid. Anybody got any insights?

      I have experienced a similar thing before, whereby I went to the farm and I was only working out eg lifting/Calisthenics after like a month when I came back to play basketball, I couldn't shoot 😂. It took me a while to get my shot back. During this time period I developed a slightly different shot form which worked out surprisingly well. I've also had an experience where I neither played nor lifted or did any Calisthenics for that matter, like a month and a half 😅. When I decided to step foot on the court again. Guess what..... my shot was horrendous so I had to get my shot back. Now in a nutshell, I realized that lifting and Most importantly not shooting as frequently as possible will have a negative outcome on your shot. So what I did like many other Great like Steph and Chris Paul, I started lifting but this time I paired it with shooting and overall I saw improvement in strength and my shot became better🙃. Hope this is helpful😊 What matters most is consistent Shooting reps.

    You should've done the partnership with Way of Wade, they've had way better performing models since that pair. I know as hoopers we got our superstitions but I think there's some benefits there. Thanks for the content!
