After they first introduced the poison golem I tried it and liked it but felt that the burning golem was more effective thanks for the actual test and data.

It's worth noting the later heliquary bosses move around a lot but also that the poison debuff could cause your team mates to outdamage you for chest of glory
I am using molten and poison Golem depends on situation.
Molten Golem for OW farm and Rifts because each pack of mobs dying instant after jump
Molten Golem is also good on PvP because of knockback and huge dmg active skill.
Poison Golem use in dungeons, raids, and challenge rifts because of debuff what is huge help for other players and ofc summons

This was definitely good, and another about the aura is your hitting more targets at once so larger groups take damage faster just less over all individual damage. i see the pro in both.
Exactly aura does not suffer from all of these bad AI problems so damage is less but is dealt immediately.

BTW do u know if Fire Golem works with Firestorm, i.e when wizard or monk use wind skills does the Fire golem benefit from Firestorm.....
I came a few days ago to the same conclusion, while fire golem feels more satisfying poison is more efficient overall. Together with altar of the dead, new skeletal mage with synods that hits everything and explosive skeletons combo skill buff the damage is great and the storm of the mage's projectiles feels very satisfying.
Can't agree more even though I didn't get new mage essence yet 😞

- PVP, raid boss,.. make it greeny.. Poison Golem
- Dungeons,.. whatever you want to play 😂

@@tylercastanedaiii5651 Pain clasp works on both, but PvP,.. go Poison Golem bcoz it increases 10% dmg to all party members and from all sources of attack.

Fire so i can active pain clasp on purpose not by chance with seeping
Poison golem procs it as well. Still torment is viable option. I believe you know that but just a little tip for other viewers.

Both but for aoe fire is more effective. For single I would say they almost same. Aura could be a little bit faster.

It depends on ur team and whose rolling with u. Say u got a wiz, or a dh? Well they both have wind damage that can proc firestorm off ur fire golem. So I'd carry fire golem in that group because not me but my group will do more damage overall that way. Hell the other day I was dh and partied with a barbarian and since they stay on fire non stop I just stayed behind him and shot thru him to non stop proc firestorm. Worked quite well 👍. Add a buff from a monk or crusader and u can tear down bosses that way. U got buffs adding crit and attack speed and a non stop high damage firestorm. Pretty much melt anything in under 10 seconds with ur party. Monk, (dh or wiz) ,(barb or necro), and a sader. Boom 💥
I really love poison golem. Defense break is such a premium debuff. Even in raids, not everyone will bring a defense break essence so you have the luxury of doing dps while providing debuffs for your team.
Combined with the mage essence you'll melt bosses so fast. Your mage, explode skels, and primary attack will benefit from it when soloing so it's a win-win.
I feel sorry for the creator of this video…he sounds so tired of diablo immortal
