Front one is semi-reflective glass ok but to make it semi-reflective is it normal glass? with a film that is used to darken the windows of cars like ??
No sir this glass available readymade in various shades like blue and green. one side of the glass will be silvery. So car stickers may not work . This glass is used to control sun light in tall buildings.

This glass comes in 8 x 4 feet size and I got it from a glass retail shop who cut and gave me the desired size. I am sorry that I could not find an online link to get a desired size. If I find one I will let you know sir.

In amazon one way mirror film is available which can be stuck to plain glass or acrylic to get the same effect.
