    A bit simple, but the results were excellent, and her upbeat infectious enthusiasm was wonderful. Excellent.

    Oh my god. I CAN USE MY LAPTOP TO VIEW MY PICTURES INSTEAD OF A SMARTPHONE?!?! As one of the last flip phone users on the planet, I can not thank you enough for that information! My biggest headache with self portraits - and why I'm here - is trying to see if I'm in focus with my tiny little screen! You just made my life so much amazingly better I can not describe....thank you! Thank you!

    I was so hoping you would go over settings!!... but you didn't. You skirted around them. I would like to know ISO, which AF setting to use, why my human eye focus setting is not working, etc... I have nothing but blurry photos and I don't know why.

    So we took portrait photos for someone with the prime lens and they were too sharp like were seeing pimples and blemishes what should I do next time. I'm thinking lower fstop or a different lens

    • @BandH
      @BandH  Před 2 lety +1

      If the portrait was taken at a smaller aperture, this will sharpen the details in the image both in the foreground as well as the background. It would be best to use a lens at a larger aperture such as f/2.8 or larger for a shallower depth of field. We invite you to contact us via Live Chat on our website until 8PM ET so we can go over some lens options based on the camera system you are using.

      I would also recommend looking into hiring a professional retoucher if you really love a photo for your portfolio! Sometimes having really sharp textures look so beautiful when you can have someone professionally remove blemishes! A single photo could be anywhere from $20-40 to have that done. Or; I have some tutorials over on my channel on how i remove blemishes if you have photoshop! :) Just another idea

    is there a flash trigger for phones?

    • @BandH
      @BandH  Před rokem

      There isn't any flash triggers for a phone. However, there is the Profoto C1 light. It works best with your phone. The flash will go off when you take a photo with your phone, and it can used as a continues light.
