Tried this last night and it was a hit with the whole family. It took a while to cook as I was cooking for four, but it was worth it. The triple frying took forever but the chicken was so nice and crispy! Thanks for sharing this with us, Aaron and Claire!! 10/10

I know right. Here is a tip..
I salt and pepper them ,then place them on a baking sheet between parchment paper , the place another baking sheet atop and weight it down with an heavy object and bake. I use these as fancy toppings when I have guest.
My aunt always left some some bigger chunks of ginger (along with grated) and I loved it!
