I studied Whole Food Plant based eating- not to cure my Advanced cancer... but to slow the growth, reduce inflammation, maximize my microbiome for my immune system. I don’t take supplements except vitamin D3 and B12. Good luck to you!! Thanks for sharing!! I want to come back as a Surfer! Jealous!! 🏄‍♀️

Thank you for another insightful (pun intended) video. I learned so much from the FB group - the right quality group can really make a difference. #7 hit me hard - I haven’t done that, and realized apparently that I need to, judging by my reaction to the idea of saying those thoughts out loud.

It's pretty scary thing to do. I was really shocked at how hard it hit me, and how liberating it was, when I actually expressed it out loud to my partner.

Too late I googled, I have a rare form, I have Parotid Cancer which has metastatic nodes. Yikes! Thanks Clay, I have concerns about other people because of my HFA. But we do have a local cancer council and I am working my way through the shock. I feel sad.
