@@tabby6426 "View" tab --> "Freeze Cells".
Excel will freeze any cells which are above and to the left of your currently highlighted cell.
You can also choose to simply freeze the top row, if that's where your Headings are.

Sometimes Excel will have an error and not unfreeze cells properly.
If that ever happens to you, try using a preset option such as Freeze top row or Freeze first column and then retry Unfreeze Cells and Excel should sober up. Then you can set a new region for freezing if you wish.
