Instruction manuals are a gold mine for breaking LEGO rules. If you want to break more, here's some suggestions: 1. Skipping ahead of the current instructions, especially regarding wheels 2. Not using the instruction manual altogether 3. Tear the instruction manual at the fold and lay the pictures out in a line 4. Putting the instructions back in the box after building the set 5. Putting the set back in the box after building it 6. Reading the instructions backwards

With larger creator 3 in 1 sets, you can't avoid breaking rule no.1, rule 4 isn't really a rule, it's just a recommendation, I've built lego sets nearly twice my age recommendation like the 16+ campervan when I was still 7 and furno xl at 5 years old

i always break 2 rules with lego rule1: never combine real and fake lego (i do check and test the bricks with other fake bricks and real lego if they fall apart i dont mix them) rule2: never combine lego with non building bricks (i made a monorail with the rollers of a curtain and the tracks are curtain tracks)
You should do a prank where you take a huge set, open all the bags, mix in a polybag from the same series, and tell someone to build it, don't tell them about them polybag though
I made the mistake of trying to build to big lego sets in one night on the floor with the pieces in the boxes and one was the lego ideas sonic the hedgehog and the other was the lego city gaming trailer.
yea my grandma got me a fake lego set for my birthday because she did not know the difference and so i acted happy and i still built it because i didn’t want to upset her.
I pulled a huge mistake like 4-5 years ago, it was a 1,000+ piece set and I opened all the bags just for the minifigures... 🤣
