Finn just lost his father. I don't blame him for taking a drink, but as long as he controls it and doesn't become a drunk to where it affects his life, job, and how he parents Violet. Elizabeth needs to STFU and not come down on him like he's a child, to where he's going to take 100 steps backwards and regress.
But Finn can’t control his alcohol that’s why he doesn’t drink and the fact that he wants to put his daughter in danger shows that he’s drunk you know Violet doesn’t have her mom mainly all she has is him so he needs to not fuck this up
@@stacyhunt4783 right, but we can’t negate the circumstances at the moment. He lost his father and he still holds guilt for walking away all of those years ago. Like I stated, it’s ok to have one drink to take the edge off, but if it boils down to him not being able to handle it and becomes an all out alcoholic then yeah he’s going to need help by going to one of his meetings. That’s where Alexis will come in, because she’s been on the same boat as Finn and will be there to help him fight temptation. Elizabeth will only make him want to drink more by babying him. Her approach was too strong even though she was in the right because of Violet and everything he will sacrifice if he continues down this dark path.
