Nice guys put others before themselves and don't prioritise their own interests. The older I get, the more I realise no one else will look out for me except myself.
U said it so well 👏 am 36 now and am finding this the hard way always being nice to people that sometimes I put them first of my own interest then I found out other people will always put their interest first u can be nice to people saying hello holding the door for somebody and the general nice but never forget ur self ur own interest look after ur self
Facts. I’m only 23 and I’ve been noticing this for years. A lot of people are gonna pick themselves first almost every time. I don’t like it but it is what it is

I totally disagree with all of you because I’m smarter. 😂
I served 25 years in the U.S. Navy am now in Real Estate and other things - the one constant is that I deal with "people everyday". As I rose through the ranks in the Navy - studying leaders and interacting with people; I quickly learned that the people who succeeded were those who "opened their mouths strategically". You have to learn the art of communication, small talk, bullshitting. As the old saying goes: "CLOSED MOUTHS DON'T GET FED". Ask for what you want and don't be afraid; be BOLD; what's the worst that can happen?
U get shot?
I've always been interested in real estate and it's cheap here in Indiana but how do you advise someone that is broke to get into real estate? is there entry level jobs within real estate to learn the trade?
there is a huge difference between nice and bold. in no book in the world it is mentioned that you cant be both. you can be nice where its needed to be nice, you need to be soft where you needed to be soft, and you need to be ball-buster tough mf where you nee d to be that. I am always nice and very soft person, but in my business and where I need to be, i can be the toughest mf you can ever find on this earth.
Very true this has been well said learning the art of negotiation will surely take people far in this world of business 🙏💯
Any plans what r u gona do now ? Since it’s not a good time for Real estate!
from my experience, people are initially suspicious of overly nice people, like wondering if they have an ulterior motive and just being fake. Once they realized they are genuinely kind, they take advantage of them.

Wow I'm so surprised you mentioned AMC1T . I have been keeping eye on it for a while and it seems very promising.
I know a friend who spent 2 years getting to know this girl so he could ask her out without coming off as offensive. I told him during this time, "just ask her", you will save yourself some time, why not know now if she is interested? He didn't listen. During the 2 years another guy asked her out and started dating her and he was upset about it....Don't be nice!
Lol, I can relate to this. 54 now. Was stuck in the friendzone with a woman for years - and guess what? My friend bedded her, with little no effort. I think I was treating her special hoping she was a special girl. Turns out she was not special, just another garden tool. But I projected my desire in the type of woman I wanted on to her because I was attracted to her. However, now in looking back I a glad I didn't sleep with her.
Most women in the western world today are trash. They are NOT worth asking out at all. Let's not be naive or stupid, and face the reality of the darkening times in which we are living. The best approach for a man today is to become the best man he can possible become and NEVER ask out a woman. Grow spiritually, become educated, and find your true self as a man. Let women approach you. Women have no choice but to approach good, ambitious men, if she wants her future to be happy and bright. An ignorant man will ruin her future, and which sane woman wants that to happen. Be patient and grow; even if the growth is slow, grow!
Don't try to be nice, be good.
Try to be good and right being nice or mean has nothing to do with the the first two
@@feraleyedea9710 you shouldn't try to be nice or mean. Just try to be good. Trying to be nice or mean is fake because its shown to the outside, good comes from the inside thus is real, unprojected.

Great video. This confirmed a lot of what I've learned in my career the hard way. I've worked in automotive for 11 years and can tell you that being nice only works until your suppliers let you down. At that point I stop asking and assertively start telling suppliers what to do. I've had suppliers tell my boss I'm not nice but you know what? it got the job done. Like Pat has said before, it's all about managing expectations. When you assert yourself your suppliers will eventually learn you're not messing around.
Be Nice. Just Don't be Harmless. Be dangerously powerful.
Be a warrior in a garden rather than a gardener in a battlefield.
Etymology of Nice:
nice (adj.)
late 13c., "foolish, ignorant, frivolous, senseless," from Old French nice (12c.) "careless, clumsy; weak; poor, needy; simple, stupid, silly, foolish," from Latin nescius "ignorant, unaware," literally "not-knowing," from ne- "not" (from PIE root *ne- "not") + stem of scire "to know" (see science). "The sense development has been extraordinary, even for an adj." [Weekley] -- from "timid, faint-hearted" (pre-1300); to "fussy, fastidious" (late 14c.); to "dainty, delicate" (c. 1400); to "precise, careful" (1500s, preserved in such terms as a nice distinction and nice and early); to "agreeable, delightful" (1769); to "kind, thoughtful" (1830).
NEVER be "nice"(foolish), be kind, be courteous, be helpful. But, never let anyone take you for a fool!

And you're a pro in placing these products at the end, which is something like a souvenir. That's unique. And you still do that. All the best regards team Valuetainment. Love it. Here's how I'd get to the 'middle ground' assertive side: Being nice/quiet = fear of rejection or disapproval. Pestering = attachment to having something or someone saying yes. Work on letting go the fear of rejection, disapproval, getting a 'no'. And also work on letting go of attachment/neediness for something happening or any one person saying 'yes'. Great video Patrick 👍
People need to learn to live without and be satisfied with nothing. #thegreatreset2030 "you'll own nothing and be happy"
People don't remember what you said. They remember how you made them feel. You're better off making someone despise you than forgetting you. People talk about what they don't like more than what they do like and that just might be you! I'm not saying to run around creating enemies. But I am saying get people to react!

If you die tonight, do you know where you're going? Did you know that Jesus Christ is THE Truth, the life and the only way to Heaven?
Revelation 20:15 ''Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.''
Through Jesus Christ, God offers you a FREE gift - forgiveness. All you need to do is repent, turn away from your sins and evil ways,
from now on put your faith completely in Jesus Christ and be obedient to Him.
Biblical explanation of the Gospel:
God doesn’t want anybody in hell, but you must understand why
we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go
there. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but
rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam
sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23)
The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23). Since we have all sinned, we all deserve hell.
Revelation 21:8 says that all liars will go to hell. Yes, even if you have lied once in your life, you are sentenced to hell - that's how
high God's standards are of moral perfection because God is holy and righteous, there is not one sin in Him.
For someone to be justified before holy God they have to be sinless, that's why everyone need Jesus Christ
- for He lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead on the third day.
None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all
have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us
are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is
guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10). Our carnal mind is hostile to God; it does not submit
to God's moral law and it never will (Romans 8:7). We hate the thought of God for the same reason a criminal
hates a policeman - we know we have sinned against God and are guilty of it and we don't want to be damned.
No good works will ever save you. You can't earn salvation by good works, because God will judge us for our sin.
Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life and He died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16)
We aren’t saved by our good works, but only by the grace of God through faith in Christ.
''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -
not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Jesus said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins
(past, present, future) to be forgiven only IF we repent and trust in Him.
This is how you can get saved from sin and hell - repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ. Get to know Him
by reading God's Word.
So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.” (Luke 11:13)
''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15)
''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19)
Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8).
Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin.
While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10).
Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.
If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6)
(John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."
If you have repented and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually.
When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance
until the redemption of those who are God’s possession - to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:36)
''You will know them by their fruits'' (Matthew 7)
If you have been truly born-again with the Holy Spirit and He has regenerated your heart, you will desire righteousnes -
to do what is good and righteous in God's eyes, to seek God everyday in His Word and prayer, to strengthen your relationship with God.
You will no longer desire to willfully continue living in sin but will want to obey God out of your love for Him because of His amazing grace
revealed to us through the death and resurrection of His Son.
''Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.'' (2 Corinthians 5:17)
''For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.'' (Eph 2:10)
You will have a testimony - of what your life had been before and how has it changed now when you have surrendered it to Lord Jesus Christ.
As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so.
In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.''
''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19)
''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41)
''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body,
but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21)
''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that,
just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4)
''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God,
who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12)
Please get right with God and get to know Jesus Christ personally today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left!
"But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32)
Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. At first I recommend reading Gospel of John and book of Romans. God bless you!

Jeremiah 29:13 - ''You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.''
Your insights on pushing back and being hardcore are RIGHT ON! In fact, the hardcore guy, especially in business or in a corporation, will be perceived as annoying and someone who just doesn't get along. That person will not grow and I have seen it time and time...
Classic PBD providing Value! awesome brother!!
Nothing but love and respect 🙏🏾, have yourself a great day
For some reason I'm a mix of all of those, very timid in some situations while I'm very challenging in other settings, at university for example.
I'M NEW TO BTC AND I'VE BEEN MAKING LOSSES TRYING TO MAKE PROFIT MYSELF IN TRADING...I THOUGHT TRADING ON DEMO ACCOUNT IS JUST LIKE TRADING THE REAL MARKET... CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT OR AT LEAST ADVICE ME ON WHAT TO DO?

Thank you Mr. PBD!
Thank you Pat! You’re the best!
I used to be assertive and that got me into so much trouble, from school, work and family. "just listen" was allways the message even I was just curious why it had to be done this or that way, why people made their decicions and so on. Over time i learned to not do it and just become quiet. In the recent years i realize they shaped me into a slave and now im working on undoing the destruction.
Fantastic point
He nails it. I'm on the assertive to end of pestering. It comes with pros and cons. The pros outweighs the cons.
It's about a 50/50 split male/female love hate split with me. He's absolutely right...... Love me or hate me. Everyone remembers me. They know exactly what they're gonna get.
I've been fired 5-13 times(depending on definition). Hasn't really affected my bottom line nor have I cared. You need to risk being offensive to get shit done.
My wages have only increased as time has went on.
@Infinity Gauntlet probably so. But my bank account says my way works.
Everyone has a plan till they get punched in the mouth.......(Mike Tyson probably)
@Infinity Gauntlet ah the Internet and how people think life is.
Think what you want.
Thank AB for todays Content
I like this concept and I look forward to practicing asserting myself in more interactions with other people. It will also exercise my decision making process because to assert myself it helps to know what it is I even want.

People prefer to spend money on liabilities,Rather than investing in assets and be very profitable.

You work for 40yrs to have $1m in your retirement, Meanwhile, some people are putting just $5k or $10k in a meme coin for just a few months and now they are multimillionaires. I wish anyone who reads, to be a person in success in life.....??
How long does it take to learn and make money after you get going? I might like to try it out in the future. Maybe I still kinda hesitate about it because I don't know all the ends and outs, pros and cons.
Most people think, investing in crypto is all about buying coins and leaving them to rise, common it takes much analysis to be a successful crypto tràder
@@Richards631 That's true trading with an expert is the best strategy for newbies and busy investors who have little or no time to monitor the trade. I will advise you not to start tràding on your own it's very risky, seek the advice of a professional trader.
How does one know a genuine and reliable account manager these days?
Having monitored my portfolio performance which has made a jaw-dropping $200k from just the past two quarters alone. I have learned why experienced traders make more success in the market from Stacy Garric
As a Landlord, my goal is _not_ to sell an apartment to a person, couple or family. I'm confident in my products and services (rentals and repairs), so I see myself floating between confident, rational, assertive and occasionally, challenging. I'm confident and rational, but I have no choice but to be assertive about lease agreements, contractual obligations and challenging when I take someone to court for an eviction. *Pestering - NEVER.* I do *not* chase people for their rent. *Tenants have a 5-day grace period. Day 6 I'm sitting in the parking lot of the DJ's Office ready to file for eviction.*
Wow, this message was ment for me. Thanks man
Pat this one here was good. Thanks man
Are you eager to learn more about finance? Maybe you are thinking about a career in the finance and investment industry. The key is not spending time, but investing it. Investing in yourself is the best thing you can do. If you’ve got talents, no one can take that from you.....
@valda Maidel That very correct!! And that is why most of them end up losing their money to scammers
knowledge is the greatest and quickest path to financial freedom, the rich stay rich by spending like the poor yet investing... While the poor stays poor my pending like the rich yet not Investing
@@kirstenraedmund7346 investing is very good and necessary but before you invest with any broker make sure that it will be a person that two or more people have talked about
Don't just rush in to investing with any broker because you have the money and you want to invest. Look for real br0ker
Who is this professional trader that everyone keeps talking about, I always see good recommendations about her? How can I get across to her for a start up?
I came here to learn how to invest after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $460,000 in 4 months from $160k, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.
It's possible to produce superior performance provided you do something different from majority. However most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost proper diversification.
Having monitored my portfolio performance which has made a jaw dropping $375k from just the past two quarters alone, I have learned why experienced traders make enormous returns from the seemingly unknown market.
