Bike -RXG. Chenged rr unit many times with different make but charging voltage always cross 15v (15..16..17..or more).
Please suggest a solution.

No that is not a solution. but if RR is not working then your battery get down with in 2-3 days. Because its not recharge.
Let me ask... Can you eat whole life long food at once.
Or you eat regularly and repeatedly?
Same work done by RR it provides charge when battery get discharged.
But there is battery life is another thing. Like our life.
2nd is in bike there is not alternator. There is generator or call Flywheel magneto generator.
@@SanjaySuthar369 but I have these bike battries work for only 20 mins I have runned a starter motor on this and connecting rr unit charges it while running soo. Plzz reply brolon this observation also

do you know how much current draws a starter motor when it cranks?
The current is between 60amp to 150amp.
but the regulator charges the battery at 22 to 22 amp.
Then sir battery power drains fast. so your batteries are work only 20 min.
Output is more than Input. so your batteries are getting drain fast.

1st thank you for watching my video. Multi-meter se aap check kr skte h. google pr particular bike ki resistance range nikal kr ek ek wire to check kr skte h. But ye yaad rakhe ki hr bike ki resistance alg alg hoti h.
Rr battery ko 12v deta hai kiya pakka proof kor ke botao splender + main. me murli Nayak. Or bulb ac hai to rr se kyuoon connection hai or kitna volt deta hai intelligent ho to proof koroge. Barna andu pandu bohot hai

No sir, RR ko power stator se milta h and battery se bhi .. so stator me change krna hoga and bike ki wiring me change krna hoga....
Lots of trouble can happen....
Agr or powerful RR lagye to wiring bhi burn ho skti h...
