How about HOA and CDD? $ love that Florida Homes has an in law suite 😊 Love that it has a pantry but the sink needs to be a farmers sink big and deep with an upgrade on the faucet and its too expensive for my taste 😂any smaller models ? And they say the rate is 7 percent here in California
