She could only rely on 2 people: Missandei and Grey Worm. Missandei was beheaded right before her eyes. Things have been building up, but people missed it. She went through a lot to be welcomed home, but even though she did literally all she could, no one really showed gratitude. Everyone in 7 kingdoms now likes Jon, and Arya, and Davos and all these other people, but no one really loves Daenerys. She fought her whole life to get that love, but she didn't even get it from Jon, someone she believed was in love with her. Build up is there, you gotta pay attention to see it.
