Switching from Darce Choke to Arm In North South Choke

Hey guys! In this video we're looking at how I like to transition from the darce to the north south choke and this can be done in reverse as well. This is essentially just a arm triangle flipped the other way around. In that sense it's exactly the same finishing mechanics. The beauty of the north south choke is that it can be done with or without your opponents arm trapped. Though the last mentioned has a lot more control.
