    I’m a marine and we are grappling for pt tomorrow 🥲 gonna try this because all I can do is hold a guard

    Thank you. Had my first martial arts class today, and this was on the menu...it was a bit overwhelming to learn on the first day, so it's nice to find this on here, breaking it all down.

    What muscles do you use to extend your hips up? I always think I'm supposed to squeeze my glutes but that doesn't seem to raise them high enough
