Rope climbs are one of my favorite movements to do in CrossFit and I generally do very well in any workout involving lots of climbing.

How do I get better at rope climbing as I get halfway and then feel like I might go down do I ge
I do the j hook and even with a wrist wrap on my ankle and knee sleeve my shins get absolutely destroyed
