PAB rider speeding without wearing a helmet and failed to conform to red light signal

PAB rider with number plate (SLOW) speeding on the road and not wearing a helmet. The rider also failed to conform to the red light signal and turned from Choa Chu Kang Way to Choa Chu Kang North 5. The incident happened on 20 July 2024, 10:45am.
