Jinnah was never an Indian patriot, coming from a family that made lots of money from fish business, Jinnah like his father was very spiteful and was sick both physically (Cancer) and mean mentality. The British got in him what they were looking for toe enfeeble the emerging India. but the Partition, looking back was a Blessing. India today can Move On and Ahead with a great chunk of myopically induced rabid Islamists not being part of our Land! Islamists of this genre are rancid and are never a healthy constituent of any body-politic! Sadly, Kemal Attarturk is never the ideal leader for the rabid Islamists, and the consequences are vivid and open for all of us to see! Reminds One of the saying-you can only take a buffalo to waters, but the drinking has to be done by the buffalo him/her self!

Very rightly said by Abhijitji. People who were considered as real threats were served capital punishments or life threatening imprisonment. We can check the history of such people,

    2. Chandrashekhar Azad martyred in gun fight.
    3. Bhagat Singh death sentence
    4. Lala Lajpatrai succumbed to his wounds while protesting against Simon Commission was lathi charged brutally by British police.
    5. Swatantryaveer Savarkar locked up in far away Andaman prison for life sentence.

As a Pakistani our textbooks also follow a certain narrative. They do tell about Jinnah’s affiliation with Congress and his stance for unity but then they quickly mention that Quaid himself got to this conclusion of two nation theory. As you said in the video, in our textbooks there’s hardly anything bad mentioned about Gandhi g. They just mention this big narrative of Hindus vs Muslims and never portray Gandhi G as villain. At the end of day the narrative that Gandhi and Jinaah fought for the freedom is a big exaggeration in both the countries. Reality is Britain was broke after ww2 and they just didn’t have enough resources and power to maintain their rule. So jaaty jaaty b aesi divide ki ha k ub socho to khayal aata ha k is se acha na hi divide karty. Khud Quaid e Azam sahab to 1 saal baad chalay gaey bechary aur hum phass gaey hain because totally 11 people make decisions for us and we have unofficially defaulted.

Brother, if at all we are willing to desolve the hardest rock, it demands a lot of time and gradual weathering .Just like that basically the relationship between Gandhiji and Mohd Ali ji Jinnah whethered over a time period . I would say in my opinion which might be controversial that Jinnah never wanted a concept of Pakistan , they used this tool as a means to bargain." If you won't give us Pakistan give us A,B,C D and they use to win that negotiation. Main culprit behind behind Muslim league losing trust in Congress was Congress itself. When Muslim league demanded Separate communal electorates, Congress was aware of the concequeces of denying the demands, just to have the support in upcoming elections they falsely claimed to fullfill their demands.. Read that, it's a very good piece on the other side of Gandhi. So when Amit Shah called him Chatur Baniya he wasn't all that wrong. He wanted Imperial Brotherhood with the British Army, be an Imperial Brother. He helped the British while they were killing the Zulus. Usmain bhi British ne Aukaat Dikhaadi Ki Bhai Tu Ambulance Chalaa.
And Gandhi, supported the Khilafat Movement, because his ambitions were more significant than just being the father of the nation of India, but a Father for all Colonies of the British. He was all about Marketing.

In my small opinion Gandhiji's one of the major contribution in Indian consciousness was that he taught us find a creative way of functioning with whatever is available at your disposal, yo find in you what can't be taken away, turned down by anyone else, something which you originally posses and take a stance of your rightful duty, like a gentleman without using violence at all. This was unique at the time Gandhi came in Indian politics. People got a fresh start with leader who acts more down to earth than the poorest but whose willpower is stronger than the Empire itself. Gandhiji's policy of allowing the oppressor any opportunity to change his 'heart' is hardly found in any mass struggle of the world. That makes him a true Mahatma. But no one is beyond criticism. A constructive criticism is good always. Thank you

As a Pakistani American who grew up in Pakistan till 18+, I can tell you Pakistanis are not taught to hate Gandhi or Nehru. Nehru is given a tinge of negativity as compared to Gandhi. They are taught very little about them and what they are taught is fairly neutral. Gandhi's non-violent movement is mentioned. They are taught more about Sir Syed Ahmed Khan than Gandhi for instance. Unlike popular belief in Indian CZcams channels, Pakistani high school students are also not taught to hate Hindus. Rather they are taught Muslim history in Indian sub-continent in such a way that one starts to identify with that identity. That does not mean one starts to hate Hindus nor was that ever that came across to me. I am generally shocked to see what these CZcams videos show as to what supposedly Indians believe Pakistanis are taught. Now what they teach the poor in madrasas specially ones established in late 80's and onwards that teach the Salafi version of Islam ... I do not know.

LOT Of things missed out like Mr. Gandhi's views changed about the colonial administration and he started his satyagraha movement in South Africa for the upliftment of Indian community in South Africa for next 15 years.
And he became popular in India and INC only after his efforts in Champaran Satyagraha and Kheda Satyagraha bore fruits and helped the local community.

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was founded on September 27, 1925, by Keshav Baliram Hedgewar. At that time, India was still under British colonial rule, and the primary focus of the RSS was not to fight against the British colonial government. Instead, its main objective was to promote a sense of cultural and national identity among Hindus and instill a sense of discipline and character through physical fitness and ideological education.
During India's struggle for independence, various groups and movements fought against British rule, such as the Indian National Congress, led by figures like Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, and the Muslim League, led by Muhammad Ali Jinnah. These movements employed various methods of resistance, including non-violent civil disobedience and political agitation.
The RSS, as an organization, did not play a prominent role in the Indian independence movement. Its focus remained on promoting its ideology and organizing its members through shakhas (branches) across the country. It is essential to differentiate between the RSS's historical role and the broader Indian independence struggle that involved numerous other organizations and movements working towards the common goal of gaining independence from British rule.

These are some of the statements by self proclaimed "Veer Savarkar"
      1. We must not commit the mistake of assuming that India has become a single united nation. We must accept that there are the two states of ‘Hindus’ and ‘Muslims’ in this huge subcontinent
      2. “…that Shivaji accorded as much respect to the daughter-in-law of Kalyan city’s governor by peacefully returning her to the custody of her family is neither an example of idealism, nor worth following. Instead of returning her to her husband and thereby allowing him to increase his own breeding, Shivaji should have snatched her custody and donated her to one of his soldiers to accomplish the growth of our Hindu breeding.”
      3. I have no quarrel with Mr Jinnah's two-nation theory. We Hindus are a nation by ourselves and it is a historical fact that Hindus and Muslims are two nations.
      4. There are two antagonistic nations living side by side in India. India cannot be assumed today to be a unitarian and homogenous nation. On the contrary, there are two nations in the main: the Hindus and the Muslims, in India.
