It only makes sense to have this game in english since it takes place in ya know........america. Subaru and Shin have the best voices of them all i think though.
@Rememborance I'm still trying to get Ratchet's Coupling Attack, but clearly I can't do that in the first chapter. Is there some way we're able to obtain Ratchet as a playable unit later in the game, or what?

So far I have Diana's Coupling Attack and Gemini's Coupling Attack, so I have a general idea of how to get the same attacks for Cheiron and Rosita, but I'm clueless as far as Ratchet's, Subaru's, and the Supernova attacks work. Friggin' Subaru...why does she(?) have to be such an enigma? >_
@roy20091988 I thought he was just asking if she appears again... but yea you can use the couple attack without her in the last battle but don't you need to use it first in the other battle?

@nemesis0778 If you're following her story path (only available from second playthrough on), she comes to Shin's help when Nobunaga abducts the Star Division during chapter 8. You get to fight some robots using only Shinjiro and Ratchet, and that's the only chance to use their coupling attack.
You missed Subaru's air borne special, Phantasmorgia. Its actually pretty cool. Also, why the heck would anyone cry after hitting a home run? that moment in Gemini's couple attack made no sense, a lot of them do. The onl one i can actually get behind is Subarus.
@GraveWolfXII yeah,the girl with the purple hair from ghost in the shell was good. i haven't watch ghost in the shell for awhile,so i don't remember her name. but yeah thats true.
@Metroidguy94 I think you can do it in a second playthrough. If you get Rachet's affection high enough, and pick her as "your girl" at the last chapter, you can couple attack with her.
@keylime12 both the girl you want to do the move with and shin must have a full SP Bar and must be next to each other. Only some combos happen on ground two happen in air.
@Tacklevines during each chapter (except for Ratchet who is thru the whole game and u choose her as your partner) for the characters you need todo almost no wrong to them and make them practically the top of your list then you get their coupling attack and to keep it you also must be nice to them thru out the rest of the game
Fafnerluver922 Kind of late, but to get it you have to be on your second playthrough and max out your relationships to the point where Shinjiro reaches his highest rank by the final chapter. If you do that Supernova will replace his other special attacks.
@Larfe517exe i have the wii version to and i had at the biginning the problem that the wii didn´t read the game after some question to profis i found out that my readinglaser was dirty so i bought a cleaningdisk an since that i don´t had any problems with the game you should try it sorry for bad english
This retroactively justifies my decision to play this with the Japanese voices. I mean, I don't mind the accents, but Diana's voice... Everyone else has these dramatic shouts, and she's just like 'Major Operation~' and 'Vital Medicine~'
Cherion coupling attack actually freaked me out more than Subaru's. I mean, I at least knew that Subaru was androgynous, but I was not expecting to see Cherion in a leotard going all footloose on my ass. Also, Rika's got a little awkward around 7:45. Couplings aside, I have to say that I personally think Subaru has the best special attacks of the Star Division. Not only does she have cool lines, but her delivery is solid. Anyone disagree?

When I looked at the game play without the battle scenes, with out the monsters, and simply a story of a young Japanese boy working in an American theater during the early 1900's, I see a lot of fun in the LIPs and analouge play alone. It fun seeing Cherion explode or Diana get angry; the character interactions are fun. I can find a robot fighter game in the bargin bin, but a good "text [with action]" game is hard to come by,

Hey, just out of curiosity, if you get close enough to Ratchet, will she end up being back on the frontlines of the game's Battle Mode?
