Justin is the same guy who talked bad about Fouad behind his back. That’s why fouad didn’t shake his hand , it wasent because he was butthurt about Justin leaving. Fouad said he hoped Justin and him would continue being friends after he left the company. Justin is two faced. Fake humble.

Ive been training like that for about 3-4 years myself and experienced steady gains and much less joint issues and strains.
So much things to learn in single video from different people.

Justin looking great! On the technical side the HD team needs to fix their audio production quality issues. What ever went wrong with levels pre or post should have been fixed before moving this video to consumers.

You can do peck deck fly with either leading with the elbow (elbows bent.) which still allows you to cross your biceps toward your pieces. Same with leading with (wrist with straight arm )- biceps crossing over to get peak contraction of pecs. Either way works guys. ❤
Awesome video content 🙂 what brands are those chest press machines ? i tried looking one of them up by using the word Kore but couldn't find it and i couldn't fine the other one to. You have a really Super bad ass gym I've ever seen. And I've watched a lot of bodybuilding videos to and Mutant on a mission gym tour videos lol🙂

I wonder if any pros do barbell incline bench anymore I don’t remm seeing anyone do that movement , so much has changed with the machines. I remm watching Maryland monster and Kevin’s go to was that incline bench , do the muscle develop differently?
I think there’s just a risk/reward issue here with the free weight barbell. It’s a great movement but also in my opinion it’s hard to beat a good converging chest press machine. A lot of us choose to implement things we connect with most and often times that’s not a barbell.

Yeah it’s Kore Strength, Dorians line of equipment from Pure Muscle. I have one of their seated row machines.
