@@XX-166 he/she might be buying older homes and fixing them up adding value, also holding the home for 5 years. Won't be under water. Prices will rise more.
@@XX-166 your right it is a guess but in life we have to make educated guesses. My grandmother did buy a home in Arizona just before the 08 crash and lost over 100k selling, of she would of held till now though she would be up over 200k. So just because prices fall doesn't mean they won't rebound. Besides tons of people migrate to certain areas need to buy smartly.

Hey Kaleb. Lovely front elevation 1st home. Wish the kitchen was open but see it’s small and that wall is needed. The primary bath needs splashes of color. Well kept/renovated for 21 years old. Bedroom 2’s closet looks extended. Oh wait. 4 beds 3 bath. Not bad. Just gotta change some paint and flooring to make it my own. Pool and water feature is amazing. 2nd home. Yessss. Love the elevation , curb appeal and color. Foreclosure? Big. Ok. Let’s see. Double doors nice. Omg. View on entry is amazing. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite. Nice. Gourmet kitchen. Pantry spacious. Breakfast nook and dining is nice for holiday gathering. Primary. His/her closets. Access to the pool. Nice en-suite. Would only change the color of the cabinets. Pool is amazing. Loft is massive. First bedroom a little small. Final bedroom big. Nice foreclosure. 3 rd home. Nice front elevation. Gotta change the yellow. Ok. Looks like that room on entry is a formal living room. Oh. It’s one staircase with 2 entry points. Ok. Everyday living/family room. First primary is nice with entry to the pool which is nice. Know the pool needs a cleaning and possible work. Upstairs now. Nice places! The second house seemed to have too much living space both downstairs and up than I would ever want. The first house seemed to have the best combination of space, features and lot.

I would like the 3rd home with the 2nd houses pool. I mostly liked the 1st house but really dislike the primary located off the kitchen. That would bug me.

The problem with Florida is the sink holes.

the texture on the dry wall would cost a fortune to fix. don't know why they do this in florida? it doesn't look attractive in my opinion.
Way too close to neighbors. If I’m going to buy a home for 500 grand, it definitely needs to be a bit more secluded than that for privacy. Especially where the pool is. The neighbors can literally look right at you.

500k is amazing compared to where I live. I can get a small townhouse for 500k but the houses he’s showing are spacious and well worth it. Just save up for it :)
