Hunter Creek. Great place to live. Close too all the theme parks. Grade A schools. Close to airport close to Shopping. I miss living in Hunter Creek lol.

Hey Marlon. I’m late but here. I usually don’t like blue but this works and the front elevation is amazing. Lovely curb appeal. Ha. Someone’s moving in or out next door. Staircase placement unique. Front formal living room dining. Family room is massive. 🙌🏼. Like the wet bar. Not full open concept but pretty close with that large cut out or pass through. Like the everyday breakfast nook. Like the birdcaged pool. I’ll have an avocado, grapefruit, lemon, lime and orange tree please. Tomatoe , squash and Callaloo if possible. Laundry small. Master spacious. Shower nice with the frosted doors. Long niche. Don’t know whose behind can fit on that bench. Maybe my 4yr old grandson. The closet configuration works but not sure about the mirrors on the closet doors right by the toilet. Nice garage turned gym. I take it it’s air conditioned? Maybe not? You just spoke of putting a screen for air. Upstairs is nice. Only problem is 3 beds to 1 bathroom. Almost turnkey. A few minor changes to make it my own. Thanks so much and see you next video.

I want a house someday in Florida so bad my daughter lives in the Cape Canaveral part of Florida 🌴 someday i want to move down there with her and i just want say i really value privacy and country areas and definitely a pool with fence and a colorful home a some tiki torches in my back yard around the pool and lots of flowers like gardenia's and i absolutely love cottage's
So much different types os floor turn me crazy, so much different many colors this house...

A couple of nice things in this house crown molding, wet bar inside one out, Pool of course..Okay the paint s -ucks makes the whole house dark&Spooky looking, The master bedroom way to small, bedrooms upstairs too small, closets are 80's style outdated, kitchen to dark no nice oversized island, cabinets have nice crown molding but the cabinets itself looks really old styled 80's..Now the fans, lights were nice up to date..So that's it I'll keep looking have a nice weekend..😊
