They could easily accommodate approximately 15 beds and chairs. A great ADDITIONAL SOLUTION to house many more people. *IF I WERE SLEEPING IN A TENT COMMUNITY, I WOULD WELCOME A SAFE, CLEAN, DRY, AND WARM SETTING AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.*

We don't need socialism to solve these problems, and that's what they seem to be getting at. Even if you had houses for every homeless person, they all wouldn't maintain it unless it is completely free to them, but nothing is free, money comes from somewhere. I am commanded by God to care for the poor, but most of these situations are by choice and can be solved if they tried to live a different lifestyle. Freedom is not doing what you want without consequence, that is lawlessness, that is anarchy. Other people can not support and live their lives for them. Not every homeless person falls into this category I'm describing so I want to be clear about that. If you want a better paying job you have to work for it, more income, housing, you work for it. Especially if you are physically able to do so. Blessings to all!😇❤

Alarming new reports on California and around USA about homeless and temporarily displaced. But, there are other major issues negatively impacted as well, such as the quality of a local environment, available quality shelters, unusual economic trends, and a new concept called combination accountability and opportunity for all levels of society. Does the state of California, or even of USA have an organizing team who keeps looking for solutions and an upkeep of knowledge such as updated documents like "Lessons To Learn for Improving Local Environments; Quality Shelter Solutions; Unusual Economic Trends and Assistance To Temporarily Displaced, or Homeless" ?
Very important to address at least four main issues of quality shelter in the USA for many local communities, which include the local environment, available quality housing, care for the homeless or temporarily displaced, and for a new concept called "combined accountability and opportunity factors". A project tentatively named, Team Shelter, is focused on these issues, and is similar in concept to TeamSeas with features of being repeatable, scalable, and adaptable, but it is not exactly the same as TeamSeas.
GOALS & CONCEPTS (of Team Shelter): Research, systems approach and fast development for solutions; and to build proactive improvements relative to a local community's specific needs in the following areas:
    1. Local Environment - (it's Unique Offerings, Quality, Problems, Needs)
    2. Available Quality Housing
    3. Care or Assistance for the Homeless, and/or Temporarily Displaced.
    4. Combined Accountability and Opportunity Factors. - (to all levels of society)
Also, a roll out of solutions can be on different phases from early development, pilot test, short-term, mid-term , long-term, and so on. Ideally, from Team Shelter there can be a a Core Consulting Team with Suite of Options, and for a community seeking help, there is a Specific Project Solution. To help turn things around, it is important to remember that those who are temporarily displaced, or homeless can possibly be a positive human resource to help the overall public. And at the very least, the issue can be viewed as an opportunity to practice new creative skills, innovative thinking, and new ideas.
To help further discussions on the proposal of Team Shelter, there is a new group made on the MINDS platform to share links and ideas. #TeamShelter 'Team Shelter'
