Lucas, nice video. I also live in the Bay Area. My current DX challenge is making contacts in Kuwait , India, Israel and surrounding middle eastern countries. I can hear the US midwestern states making contact but I just can’t hear the Middle East stations well enough . I am using dipoles on 20 , 10, 12, 15 & 17 meters. 20 is at 50’ and 10 is 40’. I get close but no cigar. Is this also a challenge for you living on the West coast?
I bought your book from you at the West Valley electronics flea market on DXing, very informative. I enjoyed it very much. I think I will try a 20M vertical maybe with a reflector and see how that works. Thanks for all the things you are doing for ham radio.
