Ask Damon from DDE or daily driven exotics on advice about the Carrera GT he uses that car how it is supposed to be used so ask him maybe
A DDE/THC video call would be pretty fun. Damon would have all the info on driving the CGT, including the, umm. rear suspension…..
The suspension broke on theirs and it had to be towed. I don't think it ever had the "revision" done until after the fact. I'd push Rick to get it done as if the failure happened at speed and/or mid corner it could be a rough day.

DDE was not really racing Carrera GT. They seems to babysit that car.
Loved this! Rick was so knowledgeable and not stuck up, really great seeing THC and Rick together, hope to see him back with another trade test soon!

The P1 in your collection needs the HDK package but with a few other mods like upgraded turbos then a better flowing exhaust.
Then the 918 needs a new exhaust, I have heard a 918 with a custom full exhaust and it sounds insane

seeing the rollers with the cgt/ chiron in the frame together -- the cgt even from the front view blows away the bug, in my humble opinion, at least... but i think the fact that it'll never be duplicated again, leans to why it's so special

Somewhere around 1998? I think. I saw a F40 in real life at the corner of Barrington Road and 72 in Hoffman Estates. The plates read BYBYCOP….Such a badass car. That CGT is dope af, absolute incredible collections.🤙

I think I am with Steve on this one. The Carrera GT is a great car and an even greater experience, but if that first drive gives you a few bits and bobs to evalute, and hopefully get used to.....one day.... I think you have to get a CGT for ur collection and first thing u have to do is straight pipe it. I know it looks like a boxster but its probably top 3 in best sounding cars ever.

Not sure if you’ve seen him, but Tommyfyeah on YT would be an INSANE duo/partner up for a Skyline/GTR if Steve ever was thinking about one. I understand it’s not much of a supercar, but if he ever snatches one Tommy is the guy to go to for an INSANE build!

You need a Diablo GT too. Definitely go to Curated in Florida and get some of the cars they have since they have the best examples and they make sure they are perfect before they sell them

Damon is the perfect person to talk about daily driving A CGT but honestly I think that’s a sick deal a CGT + cash especially because you have another Chiron SS being built at the moment !
You absolutely can drive them without releasing the clutch slowly, it doesn’t take that long to pick it up either but they are super twitchy especially with cold tyres. I did around 1200 miles in one. Best car ever in my opinion.

Did you get your Bugatti from Miller Motorcars? I seen it last year when Evan brought it to Concorso Ferrari and Friends car show at Farmington Polo Club. I absolutely love the Spec, one of the nicest Chiron ever.
