- Dave strums on the Bigsby-equipped G5232T in stunning Tahiti Red. The glassy cleans Gretsch guitars specialize in are well preserved here, but there's a surprising amount of muscle when pushed. These well-rounded Electromatic series models offer some excellent modern updates on the Duo-Jet DNA.

Round of applause for Dave's playing, gave a great range of tones and some awesome riffage!!!
Nice demo !
Gretsch, best sounding guitar in the WORLD!!!
Great tone. I need one of these.
Thanks for the demo. This is the Gretsch I'm saving up for in Red Cherry Metallic.
Looks magnificent in that colour, especially if you can source one with a darker natural Laurel fingerboard which compliments the darker tone aesthetic of the Red Cherry Metallic better to my eye. I have one and truly love it.
I'm about to go buy a cherry metallic in about 45 minutes.... Excited!
Sounds awesome ❤
Great playing great guitar. I have one.
what song is he playing in the beginning? sounds amazing!!
whats amp?
Does this model have issues with head dive?
I suspect it will depend upon the weight of the individual instrument you receive/select. They're a heavier guitar than they look given the relatively smallish size of the body for a Gretsch and knowledge of the fact that they're chambered Mahogany. Mine (2022) weighs in at just under 3.8KG, about the same weight as my Mahogany Ibanez AS113 semi-hollow (ES-335) and original model solid Nato body Yamaha RS420 Revstar. My G5232T is well balanced with neither neck dive nor rise. I can't see neck dive being a problem with a G5232T with that body weight. Perhaps if receiving a much lighter density body example or a stoptail 5222 or LH 5232 without the weight of the Bigsby?
