    I can't say who is gonna come along and fill their cues of some of these great players of the past. But, I don't see another person ever filling the shoes of the inimitable Mike "Tennessee Tarzan" Massey's! Great song, Mike.

    Very advanced content for me at 71 years old, the practice never ends! Love Mike Massey’s Video, he has a long list of achievements and accomplishments on Wikipedia. Great content Tor.

      Hey Tor on your zero-x billiards site. Would you say starting with the center ball training you offer be best to start with for my first purchase to get started in improving my game and fundamentals? My TAP league won to go to national in Pennsylvania in April this year. I'm ranked a 3 and really want to improve my game and rank before we go. I'm trying to start relearning the game and been practicing on my stroke as a starter.

      Hi Gary, congrats on going to the Nationals. I would start with center ball training then move on to sidespin training. Half table pattern play and center ball drills is a good way to start.

    Wonderful Tor, just superb! I sometimes played shots like these on instinct; never quiet fully understanding why. I just knew low English would open up a wider angle. Your cue ball mid-point-low tip position gives me the insight I need.

    For anyone that's actually never seen a ghost ball, REALLY seen it, look at the 10, lower right, @ 24:43. 🙂
    GREAT stuff. Thanks. One question, you say a tip and a half twice in the Efren shot at about 5:30, but you show the strike point on the cue ball with what looks to me like what some people call a half tip and others a tip. Am I missing something, or was it just a mistake that they don't seem to match? I realize this isn't critical and will be tuned to an individual's shooting style and capabilities, but just askin'. :-)

      Hi John, I think I could have moved it over a touch, but it's basically a starting point for the player then they can fine-tune it. Glad you enjoyed the video. Tor

    At 13:59 you chose Carlo Biado's backside 7 ball shot. Imo in the discussion for best shot of all time. In my top 3 right under Efren Reyes Z shot obv. And Corey Deuel's famous draw shot. Hard to choose honestly. If you had to pick 3 what would yours be?

    • @ZeroXBilliards
      @ZeroXBilliards  Před 2 lety +1

      Carlo's shot was great. I may choose Efren's Z shot for best.

      @duanemiller6348 Před rokem

      @@ZeroXBilliards Agree the Z shot was awesome. But isn't it more of a fluke than a great shot? I mean how repeatable is it? In this video you make a ton of great shots and they are all repeatable with practice.

    What's the story on your follow through at 9:34, 17:19 in the video? You do this on several shots. And how exactly are you aiming? Is this backhand English?
