Rewatching a lot of these and noticing so much more. Can’t believe that this is one of the only auto focus shooters and he has a malfunction on the first picture!
Any tips on getting confronted/people asking why you’re taking their picture ? It happened to me the other day and i froze up 😂
Just say that the pic is amazing and thank you, but you will always be confronted eventually
Just be honest and tell them you took a cool photo of them because you thought they looked cool or something and then proceed to show them. If they ask you to delete it then just delete it. Always respect people and they will respect you back.
Another advice would be if you have a viewfinder, just take the photo and stand there for 3 seconds and they will usually just move and think they accidentally got in your shot 😂 works all the time.
Yeah the viewfinder is trash because it’s so small. However I recently picked up a 21 and it’s my permanent setup. The external viewfinder provided has optimal coverage. Even without it attached and doing some hip shooting I haven’t missed a shot.

its not really a point and shoot, its a fully automatic rangefinder with interchangeable lenses. pretty pricey too, but very nice

Hey you guys take some great photos. I admire your courage. Fear is the biggest barrier between me and street photography . Btw, just a bit of constructive criticism, you guys should really try not to use the word “like” so often. Otherwise, you guys rock.

That's not even true. There was a point where you could walk into Mexico without being harassed much but that changed when Trump was in office and decided racism is hip. Now it's a lot more difficult to leave the country.

And if you mean coming into American from Mexico, I lived on the border and it wasn't exactly rare to hear border portral shooting at people trying to cross the border.
