Good Evening Sir,
What are the main causes or reasons for weight gain in Children between 5 - 10 years of age group. Is there any necessity of getting it diagnosed by any specific lab testings?
In case,
1) If the Child is Foodie.
2) Intelligent.
3) Physically Active.
4) MOST IMPORTANT: During Pandemic (COVID 19), his physical activities are almost nil (no outing) for around 1 1/2 years. He attended online Classes for entire 1 1/2 Years from Home Only. Before that his weight according to his age was quite normal. Then onwards he started gaining weight.
5) He had Constipation History form the age of 1 1/2 years (when he was around 1 1/2 years old).
6) Earlier, he use to get Cold and Caugh very frequently.
7) He also had Boils issue in both his underarms from last 1 1/2 Years.
8) He used BC 4 regularly for years (for very long time), except gaps of 1 to 2 months in between.
9) He is very emotional and cries very easily.
10) He enjoy out door activities most, like Running, Cycling and Playing Cricket. He also attends his Karate Class of 1 Hour daily in the evening. We give break during his exams. At time no physical activity.
11) He is very much scared of Dark and Demons. But still he enjoys watching Horror Movies with me.
12) He loves to eat Ice Cream, Chocolates and Biscuits very much.
13) Potatoes, Eggs and Dry Fruits are almost in his Daily Diet.
14) He is only Child in a Nuclear Family. Many times he feels very lonely. During that time mostly spends his time watching Cartoons. He loves watching Cartoons Verymuch.
