Welcome back to our own country! India may not be that glamorous but it is a different and comforting feeling to be in the company of our loved ones. If you see many people from India have migrated to USA and got good jobs. Some have become great leaders of big companies. My personal opinion unless you have an issue earning in India you need not go to another country and can contribute to your own country’s growth.

It’s depend on priorities. Some people live life luxurious with no one around. I am also living in USA from last 10 yr. But some how I can feel it’s everyone Perspective to see life. Once you have enuff money to live life this think not matter where you live.

Few pointers about having property in india or while buying property in India..
-If you want to rent the property then we should always have atleast 6months of rent or mortgage amount in our bank..
Incase property is not rented for 3-4months then we are able to take care of mortgage installment by ourselves.
-Like you said in your video, maintenance is always there for US homes, so we need to have some buffer amount for maintenance as well.
-While buying property always remember some HOA/POA which takes cares of the community doesn’t allow to rent the property. So always buy a property which can also be rented.
-Selling home is always a better idea if you are not planning to comeback to US.
-Always go for New homes while buying property in US so that maintenance will be less 😁 and even if you want to rent it later, there will be No or less maintenance.

I would love to go back to aai baba and family, just need a good job everything will fall in place. Be positive and welcome change, some risks and stepping out of comfort zone is must for progress. Also selling the home here is a good decision because if you don’t sell house now and when you leave the country then it becomes your investment property and then taxes goes up. Also in future if you want to sell this investment property then the profit margin is less due to some other clauses. So you guys have taken right decision 😊

तुम्हाला भारतात यायचं आहे या ... अगदी कायम स्वरूपी राहायला यायचं तरी चालेला हा तुमचा निर्णय आहे . पण आदी तुम्ही फक्त काही आठवडे किंवा काही महिन्या ( 1 - 2 ) साठी या पुर्वला आणि ओमकार ला भारतात आल्या नतंर स्थायिक होण्यासाठी काही अडचणी तर ना येत हे पहा
जर ते दोंघे भारतात पूर्ण पणे सेट्ल होत असतील तर . तुमचा निर्णय योग्य आहे असे समजा आणि जर ते दोघें कायमस्वरूपी भारतात राहण्यास तयार नसतील तर तुम्ही पुन्हा अमेरिकेला जा . . . . .
