- This quick tutorial will show you how to disassemble you CZ-P09 for hop up adjustment or full strip for cleaning the inner barrel and oiling the mechanisms.

How do u take off the orange tip
I cant seem to change the barrel since the threaded barrel that i bought doesn’t have that upper piece and i cant seem to remove the screw no matter how many times i turn it, do you know how i can change de barrel?
Sorry for the late reply. The barrel isn’t really meant to be changed on the P09, I think the best way to do it would be to unscrew the screw as much as possible and you’ll notice a pin next to the screw you’ll literally have to hammer out to get the inner barrel out however I don’t know if this will damage anything as is completely at your own risk

very good clear video, was very useful, never seen gun been disambled and needed to know how to do it, ordered new barrel for this very same gun, does anybody know can you add optics for this version and if not can you buy new rail from someone or somewhere? new to this hobby, used to golf but its quitw expensive if youre poor bstrd like i am xD
Airsoft isn’t much cheaper I’m afraid haha and as for the optic it does have a bottom rail for things like flashlight, if you know someone with a glock red dot sight ask if you can try it on your gun to see if the spacing is relatively the same so it allows the slide to function

Just got one. My barrel is stuck in the empty position. Don't know how to get it back to working order
Stephen Cullen you mean the slide or the actually barrel? Should just be a matter of pushing the slide lock down if it’s the slide.
I got a threaded barrel thinking I could swap out it out but I can’t get the inner barrel to come out. Did you ever figure it out?
When you remove the slide the inner barrel is held in the outer barrel by a pin you’ll literally need to hammer out
@@CoherentZebra did you ever hammer it out yourself? I am currently doing this and it wont go all the way out for me. This is a cry for help
@@supuhsec-c7567 I did not, my advice would be to do it with a very small punch if possible, it probably won’t come out as one or both sides are peened so it doesn’t easily fall out

Vjerojatno jesam, ali nije previše važno, jedan je metal, a drugi guma. Bolje je metalni staviti zadnji na oprugu kako ne bi oštetio gumeni prsten.

In the UK so there was no orange tip. sorry.
Some variants such as his, do not have an outer barrel. Unlike mine, in which I ordered special with a threaded outer barrel.
But if you dont want one with an orange tip and dont want to order a new gun, they have replacement inner barrels.
If you wanna remove your orange tip all I did (because I have this gun) was take some pliers, locked the slide back, and took the pliers, held the orange tip with them and slowly but hardly wiggled the orange tip up and down till u hear the glue cracking and then u keep wiggling it up and down until it pops out.
PoloSeanXL so the green gas version that comes with a case. It was the regular barrel but still with orange plug. So it’s not threaded it’s but glued in? So if you took it apart and heated it up and just worked on the orange tip it could come out? I’m guessing yes. I really wish ASG/KJW made more parts for the CZ pistols. IE. Barrels. Upgrade inner barrels and hops

In the U.K. so don’t have orange tips though maybe trying to soak the tip in boiling water and pulling it off with pliers might work
6:39 what the hell is that?? Does anyone know? I just bought mine from KJ Works and it does have that thing I have to push down to reassemble it, it's pretty annoying...looks like I'm the only one who has this issue...:/
I believe it’s something to do with the safety mechanism but don’t quote me on that. I know it’s annoying but at least it isn’t difficult to deal with, sometimes it stops the slide sometimes it doesn’t

I have to do it every time too. Since the first time I take off and put back the slide.

Adrien Torres in the U.K we don’t have orange tips but what I’ve seen and read from others is suspend the tip in boiling water for a few minutes and pull it off, sorry I cant help more
Can u please tell me how to take my hop up out of my outer barrel so I can change my outer barrel
PoloSeanXL I’m not too sure but I believe you need to use a small punch on the roll pin that holds the outer barrel to the hop up, I believe it goes only one way so it shouldn’t be too difficult as for which inner barrel to use as a replacement is beyond me.
How to fix the trigger stuck
Faizah Ammor take the slide off and look at the mechanism, it’s probably jammed somewhere on the right hand side of the mechanism, you should be able to get a finger in to un-jam it then apply silicone oil
