Jones only had *TWO* failed test, moron. UFC 200 (What was suppose to be Jones vs DC 2) & UFC 214 (Where he returned and actually fault DC the second time). The flagged test at UFC 232 was proven to be nothing more than a residual of the previously ingested banned substance and the USADA scientist investigation came to the conclusion the banned substance was never ingested again. Technically, Jones only actually fought one time under the influence, which was at UFC 214.

Stop mentioning Alexander “Almost won” Gustafsson. That fight wasn’t as close as you guys like to pretend. It was a unanimous decision by judges, Jones damn near won in every category and led in strikes every round. Gustafsson also got rocked badly in the 4th round that almost led to his finish. They had a rematch and Jones dominated him.

Jon got awarded a title fight early on because there were simply fewer contenders at LHW, Khabib had to basically go on a fight streak of 5 because LW is so packed a division.
Jon Jones got to the ufc 9 months after he turned pro fighter and went through a row of killers, defended the title 14 times. You’re comparing that to a guy who’s faced 16 no name bums and only fought 3/4 elite level guys in his 29-0 career. Khabib is the GOAT of 155 but you can’t compare him to Jones

The thing is he has about the same credentials as Bruce Lee, but for some reason he always refers to him as an "actor" and thinks about himself as a fighter. I'm not saying one is better or worse in each of the two fields than the other. You could learn a lot about fighting from both if you are humble enough. But humble is a word unknown to jai white. He sparred with few fighters who are humble and take it easy on him and now he thinks he would embarrass Jon Jones if they would release the sparring footage. Everyone except him knows Jon, and probably every other top 10 ufc fighter would merk him.

@@laks-9288 Dominic Reyes fight he definitely lost 3 rounds to 2. The others I agree are questionable. But the main difference between him and Khabib is that Khabib dominates his opponents. Jones does not. Before he knocked out Cormier he was losing that fight. I also think Khabib is fighting in a much more stack division. Two fighters that Jones struggled against were finished in their following fights. I really don't see how he has a case.

MambaMMA 24.2 that one blemish on GSP record doesn’t ruin what was a illustrious career in combat sports. He was ahead of his time in terms of striking ability and his grappling skills were equally impressive. He was involved in many legendary fights and he made many consecutive title defences.
To be fair, Silva was recovering from a traumatic leg injury when he first popped. If he was on steroids his entire career before, it doesn't make sense that he only popped then. The second time he was proven innocent and it was due to a tainted supplement.

Lyoto win was one of his best even though he was rocked in the first round. rampage was old as well but a decent win. I don't think any of those wins even come close to the performance Khabib put on either 3 of his title wins. Maybe Lyoto...maybe. Those 3 were on the top P4P list when Khabib beat them, the only guy Jones beat on the P4P list was DC i believe...the 2 dc fights are his best wins, you shoulda mentioned those.

I agree, but I think they’re talking about the GOAT’s of UFC only. Fedor can be seen as the GOAT of MMA as a whole, but he was past his prime when he got to the UFC.
Personally, I think a lot of the Pride FC guys were much better fighters, but they were all basically war torn when they got to the UFC.
My favorites where always Fedor, Mirko, Wanderlei, and Shugun Rua...and I remember when they used to literally stomp guys into the canvas. Lol
