Not a subject you would hear in a Mc Dojo , very serious subject matter and martial arts concepts.
This video was very insightful on the proper state of mind before, during and after a fight, battle or confrontation. I love this video.
This is good. Balancing the three states in mind. Thank you.
Wonderful. This is a fantastic explanation of this very important philosophy. Thanks for including the kanji and combining Chinese and Japanese influences.
😊Kids: this was done well. This teacher is doing us right!
Mushin feels like the inspiration of Autonomous Ultra Insinct
This is a good philosophical part of martial arts. Thanks for this. I can now explain and understand this better when I teach it to others.
The things missing from Non traditional training. When 1 leg is removed from the stool or chair it will not stand. 🥋🀄️
this is a golden treasure.
Well the mushin is some thing that brings out your instinct. You dont think when you strike, your body auto strikes. Like when you are gasping for breath,no matter how hard you try you will auto breath.its kinda like that
Very good information thanks
