I have to admit you are one of my top anglers truly remarkable bloke you and the korda team have over the last 5/6 years has taught me to fish and you guys are my fishing hero's I know most has the likes of Terry hern and that but I have you lot korda team massive respect to you all. I do hope to get some coaching off you guys one day in person as I could do with more help as I evolved by watching and learning your films and hope to be as good as you all one day. Fair play to Danny and what he’s achieved with how Korda has grown. Also everything he has done for carp angling as a whole he’s done well.
Mega podcast! Some great stories, and an intersting insight in to the founding years of Gigantica. I had to pause the video a few times to go and look at the website too! Danny is really easy to listen to, and the last 2 hours have flown by.
Danny is an absolute legend, done far more for the sport than Nash and Fox etc. Really good dude ❤️

Like others have said Danny gives so much back to angling... honest and has morals top guy if he asked any of his knockers to show them there tackle box I bet 99.9% would have at least 1 item of korda in it ...... he doesn't sell crap its thought out and tried as much as what can be

Always been to the tackle box as it’s my main local tackle shop, Danny is a top guy and to get where he has from selling leads from the back of his van is just a rags to riches story , I’m waiting to bump into him as he also lives in blackheath but lucky for him I haven’t otherwise I’d be asking questions for hours haha

Brilliant podcast...I dread to think where UK Carp Fishing, or in fact UK Angling in general, would be if Danny Fairbrass and his amazing team of people hadn’t come on the scene, and not just an overnight success, they have worked bloody hard for it. Everyone has had to up their game, dragging them all screaming and kicking into the future. Amazing story and an amazing guy 🇬🇧👍

Classy stuff classy guy.
I always use a tight line when using a running rig and use a slightly tighter clutch to keep the tension there once the hooks set if they try to shake it. You do risk more liners doing this but I think the potential gains are worth the risk. Hearing Danny use a similar method has definitely put my mind at ease on this technique. I may extend the length of my flurocarbon leader on my reel to a few extra feet though.

Interesting. I lived in France for a year and found the French people very hospitable indeed. I lived in the south. Maybe that makes a difference? Considering moving out there at some point and running a lake.

I love this Pod Cast. It is interesting to hear the Trump hate from these people. Who I don’t necessarily believe have a true pulse on America. Not casting a stone. But I’m surprised how often I hear shade cast from these blokes.
