This house is UNBELIEVABLE at the incredibly low price. Excellent value for money. The only unfortunate aspect is the lack of views, as it is down in the canyon.

It's really really been a lot of fun watching this. Back in the 60s my dad used to take me riding around all over you could get around better than. I grew up across the street from Venice Beach I'd like to see some stuff over there and Santa Monica anyway thanks For The Memories .

It’s obviously a beautiful home, and will never afford anything like. If I could, I would prefer a backyard looking down a canyon as opposed to looking up a canyon. What do you think.

I don't doubt it. I live in Florida. Friends of mine just sold a house (not as expensive as this one, but not cheap). It was bought by some Germans who plan to be there only two months out of the year, and they payed cash!

Christophe: Are more people turning to faux grass than organic? I noticed on a few videos there might be faux grass on smaller areas of decorative landscaping for the reason of lower maintenance upkeep and cost.
Yes, when the drought started a few years ago, faux grass become much more popular. I personally do not care for it.
