Grand Theft Auto V is an open world, action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. The game is played from either a third-person or first-person view and its world is navigated on foot or by vehicle. Players control the three lead protagonists throughout the single-player mode, switching between them both during and outside of missions. The story is centered on the heist sequences, and many of the missions involve shooting and driving gameplay. Players who commit crimes may incite a response from law enforcement agencies, measured by a "wanted" system that governs the aggression of their response. Grand Theft Auto Online, the online multiplayer mode, lets up to 30 players explore the open world and engage in cooperative or competitive game matches.
Development began soon after the release of Grand Theft Auto IV and was shared between many of Rockstar's studios worldwide. The development team drew influence from many of their previous projects such as Red Dead Redemption and Max Payne 3, and designed the game around three lead protagonists to innovate on the core structure of its predecessors. Creating the open world constituted much of the development work, and several team members conducted field research around California to capture footage for the design team. The game's soundtrack features an original score composed by a team of producers who collaborated over several years.

I've had this video requested quite a lot so i decided to finally make it... I was a bit reluctant at first due to the fact there's so many different channels that have covered it in the past, but I hope you enjoy it all the same.

@Reason Like it has to due with the way our current politics is at the moment. Especially if you look at both Republicans and democratic parties and how their views have ideally intensified over the years. It becomes hard to satire the game itself. Pretty much, satire is the basis of the GTA franchise, from companies to cars, slogans, to even individuals everything in the world uses satirical humor. The way politics is now, it seems difficult to place that style of game in todays modern era. Look at gta 4 as an example, that game made fun of homosexuals and the transgendered community on radio stations especially on PLR. In the past, homosexuality wasn't as accepted in 2008 as it is now. If that was today, it would be lawsuit after lawsuit. Certain words can't be used without it offending populations. That's just a touch of the iceberg for simplicity terms, but you get the idea..

I knew about quite a few, but it’s still so fascinating to watch. The detail is INSANE and I love it!
If you take out your phone while driving and have an accident, the phone screen gets cracked. And it stays that way for the entire game. Attention to even tiny details makes this game great.

Crazy how most of these were rendered already by 2011 when the first trailer dropped. GTA V is more like a decade year old game and its graphics and details are still breathtaking.

One thing people also haven't noticed is the crash barriers on the highway, if you crash into the middle of some of them the crash barrier will move and absorb the damage.
Watched my first video about this game when I was a little kid, the video was a tank rampage and at that time it was the most realistic thing I've ever seen, legit thought the thing was some sort of animation or a fancy trailer of a game that won't be released any time soon. To this day there's still details about how immersive this game is that I have yet to discover.

It was also designed for 10-year-old consoles. Red dead 2 was limited as well by the weak processors of the ps4 and xbox one. That's why there wasn't a lot of new details.
The next consoles are gonna be insane though. Frickin ryzen
Cyberleaf it has 120 FPS and 8 k resolution for the the new Xbox and is 4 times more powerful than the Xbox one x
