  • Salam~Today we went to a Malaysian family for the first time. They were a very nice uncle and aunt. They had been to Yunnan, China, and met Viona's father. After learning that Viona's sister was going to study at Universiti Putra Malaysia, they invited Viona's sister to live in their home. So, Viona's sister had a room in their home... Viona's father and sister often mentioned it many times to us. They always used it to tell us: Malaysians are so enthusiastic, kind and warm. Therefore, when we came to Malaysia this time, Viona's family specially asked us to visit the uncle and aunt. Then they welcomed us warmly again...So, there is this video, I hope you like it~

      I am a modest youtuber with 600 million subscribers on Chinese social media, and I don't want to publicize the fact that I have 600 million subscribers. Although I have 600 million subscribers, I feel like i'm still an ordinary person just like other people who don't have 600 million subscribers. So please don't advertise that I have 600 million subscribers in China.

    I and my wife also flatter with Hui , salar, tajik , kazak and uygur hospitality in China… every one we meet at Mosques and Muslim Quarters always want to treat us with meal… even invited us to their house and two times we are invited to wedding lunch… once in Huherhuater/Hohot Inner Mongolia the other one at Ancient Town Dali in Yunnan also we are invited to birthday party at Kashir/Kasgar Xinjiang. At Taskurgan we were invited by Tajik to drink tea at their house
    At Mianyang Sichuan we are invited to Khatam Quran session..
    Muslim are brothers and sisters in this Allah earth..

    Its Islamic value. One of them is to treat guest and neighborhood nicely. Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said, "whoever believe in Allah and the day of judgement let him honor his neighbor. whoever believe in Allah and the day of judgement let him honor his guest. whoever believe in Allah and the day of judgement let him say good or remain silent."

    Malaysian hospitality might seems a bit strange to the foreigners but for us, its part of our culture where we experience since our younger days. It is a culture of showing respect to our guest, practising the sunnah by Prophet Muhammad PBUH, who encourage us to be hospitable and welcoming so that they feel safe and comfortable. My father once told me that if we have a guest in our house staying the night but we only have one bed and a sofa, offer them the bed and we as a host should sleep on the sofa.
    We also taught the proper manner of shaking hands in greetings such as bow or kissing the hand according to our relationship status. It become a norm for Malaysian regardless of religion since the influence of Islam is rooted deep inside the society for generations. Prophet (SAW) once said, “Two Muslims will not meet and shake hands without having their sins forgiven (by Allah) before they depart.” (Abu Dawud). So extend your hand and may Allah forgive our sins. Ameen 🤲🏼

    The friendliness of Malaysians, I agreed with you guys. I was just shocked at how friendly they were when I did the solo trip. These two men talked me for long time and they guided me where to get off from the bus to reach my destination. I didn't even have WiFi but another Malaysian lady gave me the hotspot to connect my phone. They displayed their friendliness to me was amazing.. this is why Malaysia is the only country that I want to visit when I go to Asia..

      According to a hadith, the house that is visited by a guest would be blessed by Allah with His Blessings and be given rezki or sustenance. Treat your guests well, even if you have nothing to offer, a glass of water is suffice.

    • @ricedrown
      @ricedrown Před 21 dnem +4

      @@Hellibra wonderful to see people follow that kindness. I have watched many videos on CZcams about how local Asians were so nice to foreign travelers who were white people which I was not surprised because most Asian countries looked up to the Western influences. So I was surprised when I got treated with kindness and understanding in Malaysia as an Asian foreigner. For example in Arab country Saudi Arabia, the locals treated white foreign travelers nicely but not Asian. So Malaysia is much much nicer.

Especially with BRICS and OBOR, do you know what it means to have us as their proxy? That's why I wouldn't go crazy about those western vloggers. Also one funny thing I saw at those western vloggers, 99.99% were our people who is still suffering the mental condition called INFERIORITY COMPLEX. Almost none of the viewers and the commenters are from the west itself. This is how they're testing us, to see whether we can be their next Philippines or not. And sadly, by the majority of the commentary which is made by us, it clearly shown to them that we are their easiest target ☺️

    Do stay a night or two at putrajaya. If possible get an accomodation near Ayer 8. Go there at night. There's a chinese muslim restaurant, a bakery, an ice cream shop, indian restaurant and many other eateries. Some of the shops face the lake & you can see the mosque on the other side. Kids love it as there are motorized bikes for rental. There's also night secret garden, malaysia china friendship garden near where floria were normally held. Google these places & see if it is worth visiting. And putrajaya is closer to klia. You can take the klia transit or express to the airport.

    Assalamualaikum and greetings to you as well as to your beloved family. Welcome to Malaysia. Come and explore Putrajaya as well. As well as Semenyih which have many durian stalls here with cheep prices. But I'm not a durian lover. By the way I am a Malaysian and working in Wenchang, Hainan. Just returned for 2 months summer holidays and will depart on September. Hope to seeing you and your family. Enjoy and have a great holiday in Malaysia. Insha'Allah

    We Malaysians are afraid of compliments. Not all Malaysians are good and same like in other countries, there are definitely bad sides. It's just that we were taught discipline from a young age... manners and mutual respect when respected. If you encounter bad things... just say it... we are okay so that we can change it to something more better.
