- Very overdue video recapping the best technology/pc gaming stores I visited in Japan. All the stores mentioned stock artisan mousepads, I presume lots of others do as well. I can vouch that Bic camera, sofmap and PCones will not disappoint if you have any interest in tech/electronics

Brooo when I read the title I thought boardzy went to japan to review tech xD
I went back in october with a focus on tech but didn't vlog at the stores, this is a recap since people have been asking lately. Maybe lots of people go in the summer?
Me too
Oh shit this is actually really helpful! I'm going to Japan in a few weeks ago.
Ago?
Indeed this is very ショッキング!
PC-Ones in the west and PC-Shop-Ark in the east are each said here in Japan to be the definitive store. You made a good choice.
There is also a famous store in Akihabara called TSUKUMO, across the street from Sofmap.
I vouch Tsukumo as well, got some artisan XL pads there ($38 USD each!)
@@Curree8 Good for you, but how much normally in the US? Is it high because of the shipping?
@@ThinkingFaces Yes, with shipping and fees its around $60 usd for 1 pad!
Also, 2-4 week shipping time
@@Curree8 When I first heard about it, I was a little surprised that Artisan isn't being exported legitimately, while other Chinese clones are going around the world more and more.
Japanese companies make good products but are not good at business lol.
Maybe they can't make really good ones in large quantities, but mousepads are meant to be replaced regularly to begin with...
I often watch English review videos to examine products, but when I actually try to buy Artisan, it's cheaper than I expected (i.e., I can buy it at its original price with free delivery), and then I finally remember that it's made in my country😂

Im going to japan in May this is actually super useful
W BOARDZY couldn't have uploaded at a better time, I'm going to Japan in May
going to japan in june can’t wait to get my hands on one
I'm going to Japan in my next life, very useful, thank you Boardzy-San!
displays for nearly everything is so awesome, sucks that we cant REALLY do that here in the west (w/o super high security) bc everyone steals
Interesting video because I'm literally in Tokyo right now xd. I'm going to Yodobashi today!
Another good store to go to in Akihabara is Tsukumo. When I was there Artisan pads were basically sold out in Bic Camera and Softmap and found a bunch there
banger video idea
I am in shock about this video
i went in february, it was insane how they had everything in stock from mice and pads
Yo seeing those Mionix mice made me feel nostalgic. I remember when they were popular with enthousiast. I feel like they're unknown now. I one time even visited their website and it was down. Thought they stopped doing business. I still have my Naos. Super comfy. Would be awesome if they started producing new wireless mice
Yeah idk what happend to them. Think they just gave up and are selling of the stocks until its all gone.
the moment i saw that mionix, i suddenly feel that nostalgia from my early in pc gaming world in high school,
that time i was confused to choose between deathadder 3.5g infrared sensor or naos for my very first pc gaming rig and finally choosing deathadder instead ~
Willcar on twitter here, i literaly asked you this question a couple weeks ago for my coming trip to Japan this summer! SHOCKING
uploaded this a week to late mr boardzy went to pc ones and the big camera in Akihabara and went to the first HARD OFF also in Akihabara and copped an ec3-cw for like 70 dollars
Hello boardzy, in my country the xm2we and r1 pro max is same price, which of these two is better and which would you pick, thanks again
Edit: Also the op1we is also same price almost so give your best recommendation out of these 3 for 20.5x10.5cm hands and I main mostly claw, but I also play relaxed claw-fingertip/claw-palm
Okay this one is truly truly shocking
Is it better do order a Artisan mousepad on Amazon or through their website?
What are some good mouse feet for razer viper v2 pro. I play around 34-46 cm on a artisan hien xl xsoft
I’m currently in Japan and I00% vouch
Nice
Testing area for mice? Make America gr... Into Japan. They actually do so many things right.
Wish we had this in North America
egg on burger is quite common in Asia at least that's my experience and it's GOOD
Yeah I know its a thing and have tried it before, just found it funny that was the "New York" burger
That looks like my type of heaven😂
One of my dreams is to have a peripheral store to try mice. Possible in LA?
Want to implement test pcs so people can try shapes in real applications.
Maybe when commercial real estate crashes and there's a massive recession. Even then not too sure
@@boardzyCan’t imagine it would be very profitable just want to do it for the passion 😅
boardzy with a beanie on looks like he would sell me vapes in a school bathroom (truly shocking)
I was just testing the waters for the zebra durag, still not sure if I can pull it off
i'm currently receiving scholarship in japan and my go to store will always be tsukumo xd
mfw the biggest takeaway of the trip was the [shocking] amount of artisan pads
shokkingu 😯😯😯
Bro, I am going to Japan next week and want to pick up a mousepad. Can you do like mousepads for dummies or something like that? I am pretty caught out on the mouse lore with shape and hand grips, but mouse pads, Nah
I have a million videos covering mouse pads, specifically artisan on my channel

Hey boardzy remember when helix taught you how to drag click?
Yeah lmao did he stop uploading?
@@boardzy yup he did like years ago you know what happens to him?
Are you freaking kidding me. I left Japan YESTERDAY (but I went to the same stores so we good)
