Is the SIDI Crossfire 3 TA the Right Boot?

Having used the Sidi Adventure 2 boot for the past 19 months ... Now, as I am venturing out into more "challenging" trails I was looking for something that could provide more protection to my feet/ankle area. I think these Sidi Crossfire 3 TAs might be just the answer.
If not the Sidi Crossfire 3 TAs ... then what do you suggest?
