You should have tightened the ends down with the suspension loaded. Always... it’s cool having both but in reality your car will rotate better with just the rear.
E46 is so diy friendly. you have no idea how hard it is for me to upgrade the ARB on f30 generation 3 series
Your should invest in getting d/s brake rotors all around your brakes you love you forever. Did that to my 2002 330ci after doing full brake bleed and she stops on a dime every time.

I found two kind of anti roll bars (eibach or H&R), for E46 coupe (front diameter 27mm, rear 21mm) and for M3 (Front diameter 29 mm, rear 25mm), What do you have as a diameter for your 330i, do M3 bars fit on E46 330d coupe pack M? thanks.
I took off the rear linkages first with a pry bar. wouldn't recommend, my hands got fucked up when it finally came off
