In terms of the best headphones for music mixing or mastering from Audeze after the LCD 5 or LCD 4 would you say it’s the MM-500? That one can currently buy (I believe the 2024 revision). Or something different like Focal Clear or Focal Clear MG?

neither of those are good for running the toe box is just too narrow and ur gonna hurt ur knees in the long run (pun intended)
why is the shoe box narrow? looks, it sells like that
what are alternatives? anything breathable with a wide toe box cushioned or not is just a preference
narrower is more aerodynamic
it's not meant for long runs, just sprints
I also liked narrow toe box spikeless shoes until trying out the vivobarefoot bloom and primus lite. Wider toe box have wider ground contact area so you have to coordinate the correct landing spot. It prevents injury and lowers perceived pain because the foot won't be smashing to the ground mindlessly at sprint cadence (210-230 spm). Altra Escalante racer is also great wide toe shoes for longer runs.
