For those who didn't get it fixed Try this
>> Go to control panel
>>Look for microsoft redis.. c++ 2015
>>Click on uninstall
>>Then when windows appears choose repair
>> Do it for x64 and x86

I tried both methods, but unfortunately I still can't run my program. I don't know why. Well, it's a small program developed by an engineer that probably uses some unusual graphic and math libraries. I have Win7 Professional 64-bit system with just Service Pack 1. Any other clue?

First method worked for me! If you are a 64 bits windows user, You will need to download both vcruntime140.dll versions (32bits and 64 bits). And put carefully the right files in the right path as described in the video. Thank you very much for your help!
What if a .dll file doesn’t have both 64 and 32 bit versions

The second fix when trying to install the C++ states 'the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable' and then gives me the option to enter an alternate path, but im not sure where to go from there
