90% diet. Chad admitted that his diet was absolutely awful. You can lose a lot of weight simply by cutting out simple sugars (soda) and implementing 20 mins of cardio and calisthenics daily.
I’m actually extremely happy to see Chad shed that fat and get healthy, I hope he stays on this path it will only benefit him as a performer and just in life in general
Ryan Martini is the most entertaining metal bassist of all time. He looks like and plays with the same energy as when he was in his early 20's. Dude has endless energy. And the talent to match it. Mudvayne took the whole "nu-metal" sound and spun it on it's head. Made it something totally unique and different. With Chad's unconventional vocals, Ryan's unconventionally funky basslines, crunchy guitars and snappy drums, something amazing was born. I'm so glad these guys are back together. Cannot wait until they write some new material.
This probably sounds silly to most people but there was a year or 2 of my life where these guys were my rock. LD50 and End of all Things to Come in particular were the only thing that kept me going. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me in the most difficult time of my life. People always say "this band saved my life" about one band or another. Mudvayne was that band for me.
Went and saw Mudvayne my senior year in high school for senior skip day. Slipknot had just hit the scene with their first album and mudvayne opened for them. Great show and my first metal show. It was at the Cotillion in Kansas City. LD 50 is my favorite record

I caught that tour in Peoria in May 2000. Sevendust, Coal Chamber, and Dope opened also. Killer show for $20!!!
