I realize Im pretty randomly asking but do anyone know a good website to watch newly released tv shows online?
@Callan Casen lately I have been using Flixzone. You can find it by googling =)
The subtitles say “ass crack” instead of “s” crack. Now that CRACKED me up. Oh, I’m so mature... 😂
Nice! This gives less skilled potters another option. Thanks
Looking forward to seeing how you finish this plate!
A VERY NICE WORK.
Do you bisque fire plates and platters standing on their rims? Someone suggested to me that will prevent warping in the kiln. I have a charcuterie board that I will be bisuq firing soon, and was curious as to your opinion. Thank you!
No, I will never fire plates standing on the rim
you mentioned that the rim dries faster and you dampen it. the same is true for handles, like on a teapot. the handle dries faster than the pot. do you dampen the handle or the joining or will it cause cracking? how do you dry your teapot after attaching the spout and handle?
Nothing, the handle has room to shrink as long as you attach at the same dryness stage. I also never cover the joint with wax.
What brand and size of kiln do you use at home?
