Maybe grease the pan with some garlic butter for flavor and to help it not stick to the pan. Also, I usually put the pan on a hot pad, then cover it with a large plate, grab the stack at each end, and flip it over... avoiding having to touch the pan directly and preventing any messy spatter. Love this recipe.

@@CookingWithCJ I'm going to try it without the smoke first.. then I was thinking a Hawaiian Pizza using pulled pork off the Ninja with some soft smoke (same as you smoke the pulled pork with for consistency). We're rv'ing full time, so the Ninja WFG has become our go-to for cooking.. keeps the heat out and has all the functions.
