Making a layered pop-up window as inside decoration of a card

I usually neglect the inside of the card. Today I'm trying to make a pop-up window inside the card using Verso Dies from the Sunflower Silhouette Layering Die Set by ‪@tonicstudios‬ (these are dies that don't cut the outside edge).
