THANK YOU! 2 Months ago I had a $9600 repair bill for new camshaft + valvetrain on my '18 Sierra. Long story, got very unlucky.
Went out to start the truck yesterday and turn - click - crickets... I just about threw up thinking of being back at the dealer. Topping it off, just last week I bought a big trailer for a move in two weeks so it's not a great time for this.

I fixed my old starter by cleaning the connections on the back of the starter. One of the two 13mm nuts was loose and dirty and corroded. After cleaning it and reinstalling it My starter worked like a new starter. My truck doesn't struggle to turn over anymore.

Thank you - if its a slow start and the 5 station memory on the radio doesn't come up. Is that the starter or the battery. When its running its just over 14.
Im having big trouble plugging the conector back, any suggestions,
Just don't like how you didn't show what you did for connector other then saying they don't make it easy other then that great video

How many miles?
The truck had about 70,000 when the starter was replaced.
