I am a volunteer of the railroad museum of Long Island and I have a key for it but for regular people who aren’t volunteers yes, you can’t go inside of it

Yes it is very cool and I am a volunteer at the RR museum so I have a key for it

No, there is no reason for it to.
Did the horn work when you pressed it or no
No, there is no air pressure, the train has been off for more than 10 years and it’s a EMU on a diesel only line.
